Nintendo, not to be outdone in the crappily-named-new-console department, officially announced the successor to the Wii, the Wii U (ugh).
The controller rumor is true: it sports a 6" resistive single-touch screen that can serve as your video out if your TV is unavailable. It looks huge, but those who were able to play the Wii U (ugh) attests that it is very comfortable to use.
Although they haven't unveiled the console's hardware specs, developers and hardware suppliers such as AMD and IBM alike confirm that the Wii U (ugh) is at least as powerful as the PS3.
